Meghan Markle needs to do all she can to walk a “fine line” to avoid further controversy in a potential memoir she’s rumored to have in the works, according to a Hollywood expert.

After Prince Harry’s bombshell tell-all “Spare” hit the shelves in January, it’s been reported that the Duchess of Sussex is looking to ink a similar deal for herself.

And while this is still unconfirmed, entertainment expert Mark Boardman has warned of the “potential risks involved” in penning a memoir, and how the mom of two could “stir controversy.”

“Meghan’s memoirs could stir controversy and reignite debates surrounding her relationship with the Royal Family, especially if she chooses to reveal previously undisclosed details,” he told the Daily Express.

“Any further revelations or ‘bombshells’ about her time as a royal could impact her career and reputation in various ways with an almost impossible task to make a further comeback.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed a lucrative four-book deal with Penguin Random House in 2021.

And if Markle decides to put out a tell-all of her own, the exiled couple could see “huge sales” and could “widen the Royal rift,” Boardman said.

The entertainment expert said that because Markle is a “significant public figure,” she has the potential to make a large profit from the rumored project.

“Such a memoir however still has the potential to be a substantial money-spinner, both in terms of book sales and potential media deals,” Boardman said.

“Meghan Markle has the potential to make a substantial amount of money from her memoirs, ranging from several million dollars for the advance alone to tens of millions or more when accounting for royalties, international rights, and related opportunities.”

“Being a significant public profile like Meghan Markle can secure substantial advance payments from publishers,” he added.

It wouldn’t be Markle’s first written project if the rumors are true.

Markle is already a published author after releasing her children’s book, titled “The Bench,” last year.

Harry, for his part, saw “Spare” become the fastest-selling nonfiction book of all time since its release on Jan. 10.

Among the myriad of eyebrow-raising revelations, the memoir details Harry’s contentious relationships with his father, King Charles, and brother, Prince William, and the problems caused by his marriage to Markle that caused him to quit the royal family in 2020.
